ABOUT
US
Theresa Utecht and Kimberly Rivera have independently owned and
operated Sound Management & Billing Service, Inc. since April 1,
1994. Ms. Utecht
graduated with Healthcare degrees in 1984 specializing in Diagnostic
Cardiology. She has
worked in Diagnostic Imaging Centers and in Healthcare Administration prior to establishing Sound
Management with Ms. Rivera. Ms.
Utecht is the President of Sound Management.
Ms.
Rivera received her college degree in 1983 and in the same year was
recruited as a Claims Auditor for King County Blue Shield.
She then worked for a multi-specialty clinic in South Seattle
as a Senior Accounts

| Receivable Representative, rising to the
position of Billing Manager. Ms. Rivera is the Director of
Operations & Computer Support for Sound Management.

Reiling-Marney, Billing Manager, joined Sound Management in 1998.
She has over 10 years experience in claims processing.
Ms. Marney exemplifies those qualities we recruit and
maintain with the employees at SMBS.
